The latest instalment of our segment “What Are The Decoys Listening To?.....” is here and this time we are taking a look at what albums drummer Sean Poissant has been listening to!

Hello Everyone,

As we mentioned before, we donated an original Christmas song for the “Very Vancouver Christmas 5” compilation. The song is called “The Greatest Gift” and the only way to hear it is by buying the compilation CD or by buying the song on iTunes. All the money goes to the SPCA, so please check out all the great artists and great original Christmas songs, just in time for the holidays.

Our song “Lookin’ All The Time” was selected to be on Kelowna Radio Station K96.3’s first compilation album. There will be a showcase of most of the bands that are going to be on that compilation at The Habitat in Kelowna on Saturday, November 27^th. The catch is that the only way to get tickets to see the show is through the radio station or from the bands.

So this is the first segment of "What Are The Decoys Listening to?.....". This will be an ongoing feature on the site so check back regularly for the latest updates!

We have lots of news coming your way over the next little bit (including a new webpage) but we just wanted to fill you in on a contest we’re in.

It’s called the Freshtrax contest and it’s put on by Snowseekers. Basically WE NEED YOUR VOTE! The top six bands get a chance to play at the VANCOUVER SNOW SHOW, a bonus gig in Whistler, and exposure on TV through Snowseekers!

Some more shows have been added to schedule! We’ll Be playing at The Loft in Kamloops this Friday (This is an all-ages show), We’ll be playing at TRU in Kamloops on February 12th for a Haiti Fundraiser, and we will also be playing Doc Willoughby’s in Kelowna, BC on April 10th.
